Cancellation Policy and Request
I'm sorry to see you go, but understand that many different circumstances can lead to the decision of no longer participating in the FitBee Lifestyle Program. If situations change, you can always reach out to me to re-establish your service.
All clients signed and submitted the cancellation policy (see the example on the right) and received your signed copy for your records.
Currently, there are no refunds issued for purchases.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your need for cancellation. In order to make sure you aren't charged again after your submission, be sure to submit your request at least two weeks before your next scheduled payment.
